Our church praying for 40 days for our Take It to the Streets Ministry. Each day will have a scripture reading, a list things to pray for and I will write a quick devotional thought from the day’s passage. The schedule is not original with us but is built off of YouVersion’s Bible App.

It is never without a object or act
It’s never without an explanation of what the devotion is pointed at.
Here (in this text) the people devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, eating and prayer.
And what happened as a result of this focus?
Lives were changed
communities were healed
the needy were helped
and people found Jesus and became disciples of Him.
-So today pray that our church will remain devoted to Christ (and if there is anyone in our fellowship that is not 100% devoted to these things that God would move in their lives to get them there)
– Pray that God will bless Take 5.2 not only in drawing people for attendance purposes but that we would see people come to know Christ as a result of the play.
– Pray for protection from the evil one who may want to hinder our efforts.
– Pray for everyone involved that they will do the best job possible. Pray that we will stay on task and not get distracted.
– Ask God to show you which neighbors you need to invite to the play.
