The Dark Side
Everyone has one
and so does the Moon
but we never see it
because the Moon rotates in perfect synchronous rotation with the Earth.
It’s not that the sun never shines on the Dark Side of the Moon, because it does…
but when the sun is shining on it we never see it…
its hidden from us…
those that live on planet Earth.
That’s “sort of” how it is with us and Jesus…
as long as we stay in “sync” with Him no one sees our Dark Side because He is living through us, and when we allow Him to live through us the only thing that reflects onto others is the good He is doing through us.
But if we get out of sync with Him…
If our synchronous rotation gets off…
People experience our Dark Side…
and hurt and pain result
things Jesus never intended for people to see…
things He has saved us from…
things He has given us freedom from…
so we would serve instead of hurt others
so we would live instead of cause hardships
so we would heal instead of create wounds
so we would put our Dark Side behind us…
and live in a way that Glorifies Him
