Yep, it was painful but it had to go. Not because it was bad material, instead the sermon was too long and as powerful as the section was (at least in my life and mind) in the end it did not add to the main point, and may have made things muddy.
The section was on authority, it is even to long to put in a cutting board post. However it may show back up in the future as a sermon… we will see how God leads.
I am very excited about tomorrow… I hope to see you at Farmington Baptist!
