I have been thinking about the R U Ready Post? and the question how does one remain ready for Jesus to return… everyday?
Do you remember when you started your current job? I do. It was about 3 years ago. On day one I was asking a few questions about Farmington Baptist.
Where was she at?
What needed attention?
Where does God want Her to go in the future as well as today? What do I need to do today to follow God in that direction?
Then I went at it.
What if we treated everyday we lived as Day 1?
I think we would be more likely to remain ready for Jesus’ return.
Maybe that is the secret of keeping the ol lamp burning.
